COLLAPSIBLE GUARDRAIL

Evorail Collapsible is designed so that it be lowered out of view when not required. This is particularly important when planning permission is required to install roof guardrail, particularly on listed buildings.

Evorail Collapsible is identical to our Standard product in terms of installation and looks exactly the same when in the upright position. It folds neatly down when not in use and, from floor level, it cannot be seen. In fact in the roof edge has a low parapet wall it is hidden completely from view, except from above. When the system is needed for protection of personnel it is easily folded back into the upright position and fixed using standard stainless steel wing nuts.

We connect easy to handle 10 metre sections of Evorail Collapsible together with pre-galvanised sleeves fitted with stainless steel grub screws.

To help the environment, our 20kg counterbalance weights are made from re-cycled rubber. It’s easier to install with our pre-galvanised 2mm thick posts and rails which have an extra smooth finish. All of the system screw fixings are grade A2 stainless steel and the telescopic adjustable legs compensate for any rise and fall on the roof surface.
